Handmade in India

Our signature Kyra Dress in a maxi length, delicately adorned with traditional hand-block printed blooms in peach hues, each petal and pattern tell a story of elegance.

Featuring pockets, romantic billowing sleeves and an optional front-tie at the neckline. This block print was inspired by the Jasmine flower that grows around Jaipur in India, a pattern designed exclusively for Daughters of India and finished with a vibrant hemline.

Material ~ 100% Cotton. Depending on each individual, some find the material sheer. A slip may be worn underneath if desired.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

The best one yet

Another stunner! As soon as i saw this had come back in stock i snapped it up as i have had my eye on it for months! It is officially my favourite DOI dress yet (and I have two others which i love!). The coral colour is so pretty and summery it’s beautiful! It is a little sheer, but UK ladies, I bought a **** slip from M&S which works perfectly under my kyra dresses! Size wise I find the XL to be a perfect, slightly loose fit for me as a size uk 14. The maxi length is so flattering as a taller lady too, i am 5 9 and the maxis are what i go for. DOI if you bring out more maxi colourways i will be buying them!!! Also, shipping to the UK was incredibly fast, only took about 5 days! And I wasn’t hit with any customs fees! Result! 10/10 cannot fault Daughters of India as a brand

Love all my DOI pieces.

I have 2 blouses, a short and maxi dress and each piece is absolutely beautiful. The fabrications are a delight to wear and the silhouettes give a relaxed sophistication. Sustainability is the icing on the cake. I will definitely be buying DOI in the future.

That print!

I have more maxi dresses from DOI, but the print on this one gets me every time. It's so pretty....and the pockets are a big plus. More pretty dresses with pockets please! I just wish I didn't have to wear a slip undernetah, or that the slip was included. DOI, would you please start selling slips that are adequate for your dresses (same fabric)/colour? That would be great for those who are not comfortable with the sheerness
