"I have several dresses from DoI and I love them all. I have also bought them as special presents to friends on special occasions because I know the fabric is magnificent, fresh, delicate and gorgeous. In this case, the fabric feels a bit more stiff, but I think it has to do with the darker colour, hopefully with wear and washing it a couple of times, it will turn as soft as the other ones I have. Also, I had an issue with the quality of this dress, but to be fair, I think it was an honest mistake as it’s not an easy defect to see straight away, and as I mentioned, I never had a quality issue with the dresses I bought before."

"This was my second DOI dress and now I owe 5 of them, but this one remains my favourite! I don't want to take it off, it is so versatile, comfortable and forgiving. I washed it many times and fabric gets even softer without loosing the colours. I wear it with all sorts of shoes but recently paired it with moto boots as we will need to transition to autumn soon and dont want to wait entire year to wear DOI dresses 😃 I love the look. "In June 2025, I ordered the Kiyra Maxi Dress in Spearmint in a size M and it fits great. However, when I wear, it seems is if the bodice keeps twisting to the right and I have to keep twisting it back to the left. It's very annoying as I paid full price for it. This is why I gave it 3 stars."

Saving it!

"The Kyra Midi in Sumac was my 5th Kyra Midi in eight months. I obviously love them! However I've not yet worn the one in Sumac. The fabric is stiff, and although I've washed it with fabric softener numerous times, it's still stiff and, to me, scratchy. So I will continute to wash it from time to time - it never leaves my laundry room - rather after it's dry (I hang dry) it goes right back in the wash basket until I can wash it yet again. I'm hoping eventually it will soften, and become another beloved DOI dress."
